We love kids, just not in our salon. We are a child free salon. Please ensure you make alternative arrangements for your kids when attending appointments.

- They are not covered under our insurance policy.
- Our salon space isn't enormous, so we simply do not have the space.
- Let's be real, they can be noisy!
- Often parents have to leave the treatment stations to attend to them, which can cause our staff to run over time.
If you are unable to find a sitter, we just need 48 hours notice in order to transfer your booking fee to your next appointment.
If you arrive with children, you will be asked to reschedule your appointment.
This is your time out, your zen time, and we want you to relax and enjoy being pampered.

Booking and cancellation policies
A strictly NON-REFUNDABLE booking fee is required to secure your appointment. This amount will then be deducted from the total amount due at the time of your appointment. Please note that we do not hold appointment times, and therefore your booking is not confirmed until your booking fee has been received. Any rescheduling in the 48 hours (2 business days) of your appointment will result in your booking fee being forfeited. We do have a NO EXCEPTIONS policy that includes, but is not limited to, illness, covid, double booking yourself, work requirements etc, so please keep this in mind. If you are unable to provide 48 hours notice, you are able to send someone else in your place.
Whilst we understand that you may have a valid reason to need to reschedule last minute, please understand that we also have a business costs to cover.
Rescheduling within 48 hours of your appointment on 2 or more occasions will result in the full service cost of future bookings being due at the time of booking.
On the day rescheduling or cancellations will result in the full service cost being payable, plus a booking fee for the next appointment if you wish to re-book with us.
PLEASE NOTE: All cosmetic tattooing appointments require a minimum of 7 days notice in the event that you need to reschedule. If rescheduling a tattooing appointment, a further booking fee will be taken at the time of rescheduling.
Refund policy
All payments, including booking fees, are strictly non-refundable. If at any stage there is an issue with a treatment provided to you, please contact us ASAP to allow us the opportunity to rectify the situation. If we don't know about it, we can't fix it.
No-show and same day cancellation policy
We value your time and ask that you provide the same respect in return. When you book an appointment with us, we block out that time specifically for you. To ensure fairness and efficiency for everyone, we have established the following policy regarding missed or same-day cancelled appointments:

1. ๐๐ฐ-๐๐ฉ๐ฐ๐ธ ๐ข๐ฏ๐ฅ ๐๐ข๐ฎ๐ฆ-๐๐ข๐บ ๐๐ข๐ฏ๐ค๐ฆ๐ญ๐ญ๐ข๐ต๐ช๐ฐ๐ฏ๐ด:
- A "no-show" occurs when a client does not arrive for their scheduled appointment without prior notice.
- A "same-day cancellation" refers to any cancellation made less than 4 hours before the appointment time.
2. ๐๐ข๐บ๐ฎ๐ฆ๐ฏ๐ต ๐๐ฆ๐ด๐ฑ๐ฐ๐ฏ๐ด๐ช๐ฃ๐ช๐ญ๐ช๐ต๐บ:
- If you fail to show up or cancel on the day of your appointment, your card on file will be charged the remaining amount of the treatment cost as a cancellation fee.

To book an appointment, you must acknowledge and agree to this policy. By booking an appointment with us, you authorise The Rabbit Room Pty Ltd to charge your card in the event of a no-show or same-day cancellation.

By booking your appointment, you confirm your agreement with this policy.
Though all booking fees are non-refundable, if you need to reschedule, we are able to transfer the booking fee to a new booking provided 48 hours notice has been given. If you need to reschedule your treatment please contact us as detailed below.
CALL your chosen stylist! Their number can be found above. DO NOT text or use social platforms, email or text message to let us know that you need to move your appointment. Unfortunately not all messages make it through, so calling is the best option to ensure we are able to transfer your booking fee to your next appointment. If you choose to message via one of these methods, and we do not receive it, your booking fee will be forfeited. If we are unable to answer the phone due to being with clients, please leave a message and we will call you back as soon as we can.
NOTE:
We only allow a maximum of 1 rescheduling per appointment. This is to minimise gaps in our booking system.
Rescheduled appointments must be completed within 30 days of the original time booked.
Rescheduling your appointment
Treatment times
Times associated for each service are detailed on our website. If you book for multiple services and decide at the time of your appointment that you wish to cancel one, full charges for all services booked will still apply as we have blocked this time out in our calendar specifically for you.
Arriving late
Arriving late to your appointment will mean we unfortunately have to shorten the length of your service, so as not to inconvenience our other clients.
NOTE: The full cost of your service will still apply.
