Booking and cancellation policies

A strictly NON-REFUNDABLE booking fee is required to secure your appointment. This amount will then be deducted from the total amount due at the time of your appointment. Please note that we do not hold appointment times, and therefore your booking is not confirmed until your booking fee has been received. Any rescheduling in the 48 hours (2 business days) of your appointment will result in your booking fee being forfeited. We do have a NO EXCEPTIONS policy that includes, but is not limited to, illness, covid, double booking yourself, work requirements etc, so please keep this in mind. If you are unable to provide 48 hours notice, you are able to send someone else in your place.

Whilst we understand that you may have a valid reason to need to reschedule last minute, please understand that we also have a business costs to cover.

Rescheduling within 48 hours of your appointment on 2 or more occasions will result in the full service cost of future bookings being due at the time of booking.

On the day rescheduling or cancellations will result in the full service cost being payable, plus a booking fee for the next appointment if you wish to re-book with us.

PLEASE NOTE: All cosmetic tattooing appointments require a minimum of 7 days notice in the event that you need to reschedule.

Refund policy

All payments, including booking fees, are strictly non-refundable. If at any stage there is an issue with a treatment provided to you, please contact us ASAP to allow us the opportunity to rectify the situation. If we don't know about it, we can't fix it.

No-show policy

Failing to attend your appointment, will result in the full amount of the missed appointment being payable if you wish to re-book with us. You will also be required to pay for your next appointment and all future appointments in full. If you can’t make your appointment, please give us the courtesy of letting us know by giving us a quick call.

Rescheduling your appointment

Though all booking fees are non-refundable, if you need to reschedule, we are able to transfer the booking fee to a new booking provided 48 hours notice has been given. If you need to reschedule your treatment please contact us as detailed below.

CALL our salon on 0422 164 004 to do so. DO NOT text or use social platforms, email or text message to let us know that you need to move your appointment. Unfortunately not all messages make it through, so calling is the best option to ensure we are able to transfer your booking fee to your next appointment. If you choose to message via one of these methods, and we do not receive it, your booking fee will be forfeited. If we are unable to answer the phone due to being with clients, please leave a message and we will call you back as soon as we can.

NOTE:

We only allow a maximum of 1 rescheduling per appointment. This is to minimise gaps in our booking system.

Rescheduled appointments must be completed within 30 days of the original time booked.

Treatment times

Times associated for each service are detailed on our website. If you book for multiple services and decide at the time of your appointment that you wish to cancel one, full charges for all services booked will still apply as we have blocked this time out in our calendar specifically for you.

Arriving late

Arriving late to your appointment will mean we unfortunately have to shorten the length of your service, so as not to inconvenience our other clients. For example, if you book for a 60 minute lash refill, and arrive 10 minutes late, you will only receive a 50 minute refill.
NOTE: The full cost of your service will still apply.

Lash refill policy

To qualify for a refill, you must have your refill applied within 3 weeks of your last appointment. Anything more than 3 weeks may require a full set. If you are unsure, please contact us on 0422 164 004 prior to booking. We book our refills a little different to most salons. All our refills are charged in 'time'. We recommend that you follow the guidelines detailed with regards to the time you should allow, however this is of course entirely up to you and your budget, though please keep in mind that if you book for a 60 min refill and it has been 3 weeks since your last appointment, though we will work as efficiently as we can, we cannot guarantee you will be brought back up to a full set.

NOTE: If you are coming to us from another salon, please ensure to choose the 'OTHER SALON' refill option. This allows us a little more time at the appointment to complete a consultation and remove any lashes that need removing. 

Bringing children to your appointment

We love kids, just not in our salon. We are a child free salon. Please ensure you make alternative arrangements for your kids when attending appointments.

Here’s why:

- They are not covered under our insurance policy.

- Our salon space isn't enormous, so we simply do not have the space.

- Let's be real, they can be noisy!

- Often parents have to leave the treatment beds to attend to them, which can cause our staff to run over time.

If you are unable to find a sitter, we just need 48 hours notice in order to transfer your booking fee to your next appointment.

This is your time out, your zen time, and we want you to relax and enjoy being pampered.
